Welcoming a Great Human Being – A New Addition to the Team

Every now and then I run across a person and think – “man, this person would be great to have on the journey…”

Sometimes I don’t really know what that connection will be, I just know it’s right.

This is how I felt when Scott Cornwell introduced me to Robert Schleusner about seven years ago.

Robert is someone you just want to spend time with. His presence is calm and reassuring, he’s intellectually sharp and curious, and he’s got a quick sense of humor.

As head of commercial credit at Bank of America until about a year ago, Robert was a client of our coaching and consulting practice. He partnered with us on coaching, team development and leadership development for his people. His approach to this work was earnest, thoughtful and committed

After departing the bank, Robert took this work to the next level to fulfill his personal purpose, and graduated with a coaching certificate from Georgetown. Before I knew it, we were sitting across from each other talking about how he could contribute his experience, purpose and gifts to the work of Intentional Leadership.

So I am happy to share that starting this week, Robert has joined our team at the Center for Intentional Leadership as an executive coach and senior consultant.

We are thrilled to have him on the team, and for the possibility this creates for our clients. Robert is a quality human being and an excellent coach – his infois here if you’d like connect with him.

I look forward to introducing you soon,
