Who We Are

Cristina Montero brings more than 15 years of hospitality and event planning experience to her role as Director of Hospitality and Events at the Center for Intentional Leadership.

A Charlotte native, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a minor in Spanish. Raised in bilingual households and spending summers in Spain with family helped shape her passion for connection, hospitality, travel and community. Outside of work, Cristina is an avid reader who reads 100+ books a year and loves spending time with her seven-year-old son, embracing every chance to get to be a kid again through his eyes.
